5oz – 7oz fresh spinach
1 ripe pear, cored & sliced thin
⅔ cup pecans, chopped coarsely
3oz crumbled blue cheese
3 Tbsp. maple syrup
Notes:
You can substitute walnuts for the pecans, if you like.
Preparation
Toss all ingredients together and serve.
